Atlanta, August, 14, 2007 – M2SYS Technology, a biometric technology research and development firm, announced today its partnership with SecuGen Corporation to support their revolutionary fingerprint reader, the Hamster Plus.
The Hamster Plus fingerprint reader features innovative Auto-On technology that automatically checks for the presence of a finger. The reader works seamlessly with M2SYS’ award-winning biometric software; activating and scanning a finger as soon as the sensor is touched.
The fingerprint scanner features 500 DPI resolution with the strictest tolerance found in optical biometric sensors, a highly durable and scratch-resistant sensor prism, and a rugged compact design. The reader’s high-quality sensor also easily identifies aged, dry, scarred or small fingers.
