We currently have the following positions available in the following locations:

Government Sales Consultant: M2SYS USA

M2SYS Technology is a global, certified woman-owned biometrics technology firm. We offer innovative solutions for time and attendance, patient identification, large government projects, single sign-on, access control and system integration.

We are looking for a driven hunter to generate new government prospects for our biometrics solutions, respond to government RFPs, form alliances with key federal government contractors, and produce high conversion rates. Previous experience selling biometrics or security related solutions to the government sector is highly desirable.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop a solid understanding of M2SYS product offerings to address the ongoing questions, needs, and objections of prospects
  • Prospect for new accounts and decision makers using tools such as Hoovers, networking, social media, online sources, and government RFP databases
  • Form strong alliances with key federal government contractors to deliver M2SYS biometric solutions
  • Utilize proven sales techniques to qualify leads, identify decision-makers, overcome objections, assess prospect needs and identify pain points
  • Strengthen account relationships through active communication, needs assessment, and support coordination
  • Conduct online or in-person presentations and product demonstrations for an executive-level audience
  • Participate in industry events such as trade shows and customer user conferences
  • Perform daily cold calls to prospects
  • Frequently collaborate with M2SYS Communications Department on account marketing, public relations, and business development needs

Qualified Candidates Should Possess:

  • Must be aggressive, eager, resilient, hard-working, ambitious, and willing to learn
  • Must have strong hunting/prospecting skills and ability to close enterprise sales
  • Must be exceptionally organized and have a high level of verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited university, preferably with a business-related focus
  • Strong preference will be given to candidates with federal government sales/business development experience and knowledge of software or technology services industries, specifically biometrics, security or law enforcement technology
  • Positive attitude combined with an amiable personality
  • Propensity to work well with others in a team environment
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, web-based CRM software, and online business prospecting tools
