Communications Specialist: M2SYS USA
M2SYS is a leading biometric technology research and development firm. With a primary focus on fingerprint recognition, we provide a suite of proven identity management solutions to hundreds of enterprise software companies and tens of thousands of end user customers worldwide.
We are searching for the ideal candidate to fill the position of Communications Specialist. This person will oversee strategic account relationships and operations, and lead M2SYS marketing communications efforts.
This person will actively communicate with accounts to optimize revenue generating activities and to address their sales, marketing, business, and technical issues. In addition, this person will implement M2SYS' marketing communications activities.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Develop a solid understanding of M2SYS' product offerings to address the ongoing questions and needs of strategic partners
- Support the business development department in account reporting and assist in identifying and communicating trend data, success stories, and best practices
- Strengthen account relationships through active communication, needs assessment, and support coordination
- Conceive strategies and tactics to raise rates of customer acquisition and retention
- Develop and implement marketing programs using websites, email, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Facilitate keyword and site optimization techniques for M2SYS products
- Manage Google Adwords and Yahoo! Search Marketing pay-per-click campaigns
- Compile industry research to support marketing initiatives and foster positive brand resonance
- Interact with overseas marketing team to accomplish strategic objectives
- Produce marketing collateral, public relations materials, product advertisements, and direct mail/email initiatives
Qualified Candidates Should Possess:
- MUST HAVE EXCEPTIONAL ORGANIZATION, CREATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL WRITING, ENGLISH GRAMMAR, AND VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- BA/BS degree from an accredited university, preferably with a marketing/communications or business-related focus
- At least 1 year of marketing/communications experience; Strong preference will be given to candidates with background in or knowledge of software or technology services industries
- Experience with Google Adwords and/or Yahoo! Search Marketing is a plus
- Positive attitude combined with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Propensity to work well with others in a team environment
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel

We are searching for an ambitious candidate who is eager to
gain valuable sales and business development experience
with a rapidly growing U.S. technology firm and position
themselves for advancement. In this position, you will
assist with identifying, fostering and developing global
sales opportunities as well as providing research on key
partnership targets to optimize revenue generating
activities.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain and manage sales intelligence repository of industry
leads to generate new business opportunities
- Respond to incoming product inquiry requests from prospective
customers
- Initiate correspondence with target accounts to generate
interest in M2SYS products
- Recycle idle leads to increase customer acquisition rate
Qualified Candidates Should Possess:
