The Bio-Tracker™ Customer Authentication System enables businesses to
establish the true identity of their customers. Many businesses establish credit terms with
their larger customers that allow active employees to retrieve "will call" products. If not
carefully vetted, these individuals can pose as active employees after they were terminated. This
fraud risk opens the door for financial loss and administrative headaches.
The Bio-Tracker™ biometric software allows administrators to input a person's contact information, capture a digital
photograph, scan an unlimited number of documents, and register fingerprints with a high-performance
biometric device such as the M2-FV™
finger vein reader or M2-EasyScan™ fingerprint reader.
Once a person has been recorded, his/her picture, profile data, and notation history can be
instantly retrieved.

Executive Dashboard
The initial page that is displayed upon system login provides a snapshot of important activity and information. This dashboard screen shows a breakdown of Contact categories, a list of Contacts marked as having a fraud risk, and a
summary of Contact notation history. The dashboard presents instant analytics in an intuitive graphical interface.
Configurable Profile Templates
In addition to standard information such as name and address, Profile templates enable you to store additional information for Contacts. These templates can be configured by the M2SYS Professional Services Team prior to your system rollout to ensure that Bio-Tracker is meeting your unique Contact information requirements.
Unlimited Image/Document Storage
Bio-Tracker enables system users to upload or scan any document and associate it to a Contact's profile. The software will automatically recognize any external flatbed scanner or camera to instantly capture an image. When combined with fingerprint authentication, a digital photograph allows for two-factor authentication.
Customizable Notation Templates
This feature enables system users to log a note/record to any Contact profile, at any time, for future reference. For example, a note regarding the specifics of a Contact transaction can be added following successful authentication. The fields that appear in the notation templates can be fully customized to meet your unique requirements. |
