Employees can be enrolled in the system by simply scanning their finger on a fingerprint reader three times consecutively. Once enrolled, detailed employee information can be entered and saved. To access the system after the initial enrollment process, employees must only scan their fingerprint once to be correctly identified.

The biometric solution is completely secure due to the fact that M2SYS' unique technology does not save any images of the fingerprints. The system saves the print as a series of numbers that can only be recognized by M2SYS' algorithm.
