INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACQUIRING SOFTWARE:
- Send Email to support@m2sys.com, Subject Line: Hybrid Download Inquiry
- A representative will then send you a specific email that contains all the information needed including download links, documentation, and FAQs.
Only customers with up-to-date maintenance and support packages
will receive the download. Please keep in mind that beginning in 2011, Legacy
Bio-Plugin™ products1 will no longer be supported.2 All
upgrades will now happen through Hybrid Biometric Platform™.

1 Legacy Bio-Plugin™ products include:
BioPlugin 6.6 and prior, BioSnapOn 1.6.6 and prior, BioTracker/BioTimeClock 3.0

function, no further updates will be made to this software. This includes
updates for various forms of Windows, 64 bit finger vein support, 64 bit palm vein
support, product enhancements, and more.
