Bio-Plugin™ enables software companies to quickly integrate a complete, seamless fingerprint recognition system, including a high-performance 1:N identification engine. Bio-Plugin™ eliminates the system dependencies, extensive development, and specialized knowledge of biometric complexities inherent to fingerprint SDKs. 

Parents can be enrolled in the system by simply scanning their fingerprint with the M2-S fingerprint reader three times consecutively. The scanner automatically captures the print, and the enrollment process usually takes less than 10 seconds. The Bio-Plugin™ system will then immediately recognize the print each time the parent or guardian comes to pick up the child. The unique biometric solution never saves the fingerprint image, but rather saves the fingerprint as a series of numbers which are then retrieved by a unique set of points on the fingerprint. 

The fingerprint system increases the speed, accuracy and efficiency of child pick-ups and drop-offs while also increasing safety. By simply scanning a fingerprint, the system detects whether the fingerprint belongs to an individual who is authorized to pick-up the child. Burdensome ID cards or PIN numbers are completely eliminated. These methods of identification are substandard because ID cards can be lost or stolen, and PIN numbers can be forgotten or shared. With fingerprint recognition, security is maximized due to the fact that a fingerprint cannot be lost or compromised. 

The biometric component can also be integrated with EZ-CARE2’s electronic door release option for a completely secured facility. The fingerprint readers can be placed at the entry of the facility, or at other doors in which only authorized individuals should enter. With this integration, no stranger could enter the facility, or even certain areas of the facility, without the proper fingerprint identification.

The biometric fingerprint system also accurately records time and attendance and can be used for an efficient and faultless billing process.
