1. Please provide an overview of your company including the number of customers
Shotwell: We are a full service payment processing and billing company that services contracts for a variety of business. Our primary focus is the health club and martial arts industries, where we have approximately 2,500 clients.

2. Please provide an overview of your application(s) into which the M2SYS Bio-Plugin™ software has been integrated (type of software, development environment, etc.).
Shotwell: We’ve integrated M2SYS with our ClubPRO 3000 software which provides, among other things, front counter check-in for our clients to track their members’ account status (i.e. Are they past due?, Has their contract expired?) and provides reporting on member attendance and non-attendance. This software program also offers an employee subsystem, for employee check-in, and we’ve also integrated that system with M2SYS.

3. Please describe the process you underwent to integrate Bio-Plugin™.  How long did it take to complete the integration (just the Bio-Plugin™ integration, not the time until production release)?  What role did M2SYS play during the integration?
Shotwell: Our IT department worked closely with M2SYS to make the integration work seamlessly.

4. Please describe how your customers are currently using the fingerprint system
Shotwell: They are tracking attendance for their members and employees through integration with our ClubPRO 3000 software.

5. What challenges were your customers facing with this process prior to implementing the fingerprint system?
Shotwell: The fingerprint scanning system helps our clients because it replaces the need to use membership cards. This eliminates the problem of members sharing their membership cards with friends, as well as saving them money by not having to reorder membership cards for members who have lost their cards.
