No technology is without limitations.  One of the biggest challenges of fingerprint technology is the prevention of false rejects due to poor image quality.  A false reject occurs when the system cannot identify a previously enrolled user, leading to a "no match found" result.  This can cause frustration and costly delays in time-sensitive authentication lines.

To combat the issue of false rejects, M2SYS is proud to announce its newest software enhancement: artificial intelligence.  The Bio-AI agent uses a "dynamic profiling" technique to actually learn about a user's fingerprint with each scan, significantly reducing the probability of false rejects.
